A new Collective Bargaining Agreement,
Conceived in Negotiation,
And Dedicated to the Proposition that all HRR is equal..
A tentative agreement has been reached between the NHL and the NHLPA on a collective bargaining agreement. Pending approval by the players, we get to see some NHL hockey.
